What are the Mechanics of a Transformational Breath Session?
Each session is a unique self-healing adventure. For approximately one hour, you will lie down, relax and engage in deep, connected breathing ( continuous breathing with no pauses). You will be taught how to open restricted breathing patterns so your entire respiratory system is utilized. You will keep your awareness on the feelings and energy patterns in your body as you breathe. Integration is often very gentle and joyful and at times intense. The result is a deep state of relaxation and peace.

How Does Transformational Breath Works?
Transformational Breath integrates the wounded aspects of self into one functioning whole. Works primarily through the physical principle called entrainment, which says that when the low energy frequencies (such as repressed emotions) meet with the higher energy frequencies (created by your breath) the low energies are raised to higher frequencies thereby creating healing and transformation in all levels. Through this process, trauma is permanently cleared from our being, without the need for conscious processing of each accumulated hurt. You are breathing through this process not only oxygen also “prana” (energy) which is your life force. Then we accomplish a natural exchange of energy between your Energy Consciousness System and the Universal Energy System. Through connected, open mouthed circular breathing and the use of affirmations, music, movement, and toning, the client is “activated” into this higher energetic states, thus encouraging transformation in one’s life.
Why Is Breathing So Important?
Without breath there is no life. Breathing is a physiological process over which we have some voluntary control. Since the body continues to breathe on its own even when we are not consciously aware of it, we tend to take our breath for granted.
Unfortunately, restricted and shallow breathing patterns are common and often a learned response triggered by emotions such as anger, fear, sadness, pain & stress. The more our breathing shuts down, the more we are cut off from our primary source of energy. Because 70% of your energy comes from inhaling and 75% of the toxins in your body are release through exhaling.
Our mental and emotional states suffer. And we are no longer bringing in all the oxygen needed for healthy, nourished cells nor releasing all of the toxins necessary for optimal health.
