Hi there, my name is Lucy Caso “The Healing Guru“ – and I am delighted to connect with you.

While growing up I was faced with many physical, cognitive and emotional challenges. During my healing journey, I went to many therapists, healers and coaches. The results were so incredible that I decided to dive deep and mastered the healing tools, spiritual practices and cutting-edge technology that helped me to turn my life around. So, during my healing journey I became a holistic healing practitioner; and for more than twenty-five years I have studied a variety of healing modalities including energy healing, conscious breathing, meditation, and transpersonal psychology.

I am a Reiki Master getting my master’s degree in the Karuna Reiki System, as well as in the Usui-Tibetan Reiki System.

I am a graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing (BBSH), which is consider the Harvard among the energy healing schools, because it is the one and only college in the world where you can earn a Bachelor Science Degree in Energy Healing. I was an appointed Board Member at the Alumni Advisory Committee at BBSH from 2008 to 2013 and served as a PR & Marketing Board Member for BBSH from 2013 to 2016.

So, What Is Energy Healing?

It is the process where high-energy frequencies are transmitted by the healer into the energy system (aura) of the client with the intention for healing.

So, energy healing works to re-charge, re-align, re-balance, re-connect, re-structure, clear and repair your energy system, by transmitting, transferring, running and channeling high frequency energy into your aura to RESTORE the natural energy flow that leads to health and wellness at every level.

In addition, energy healing stimulates your body’s own natural regenerative and restorative capabilities, so the healing of chronic conditions can be achieved, and optimal health can be maintained.

 

How Does Energy Healing Works?

The energy healing session starts by looking at you as an energy phenomenon. Your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, reactions, relationship patterns and your physical body are all energy in interaction.

Any kind of discomfort is always a sign of an interruption on the free energy flow in a particular area in your system, having said that, any health issue always appears first as a disruption, deficiency, distortion and dysfunction in the flow of your energy system BEFORE presenting any symptoms in your physical body.

Next, I will place and move my hands in a sequence of positions throughout your body, using your joints and chakras as an entry points into your energy system.
